Payment Structure

ESTIMATED TIMESCALE 1 DAY TO 1 WEEK:
 
 
We require a 25% deposit of the total cost within 7 days prior to commencement. On completion of the job we will then require the remaining balance in full subject to your satisfaction.
 
 
ESTIMATED TIMESCALE 1 WEEK TO 1 MONTH:
 
We require 25% deposit of the total cost within 7 days prior to commencement. Half way through the job we would then require a further 25% payment of the remaining balance. On completion of the job we will then require the remaining balance in full subject to your satisfaction.
 
ESTIMATED TIMESCALE 1 MONTH TO 3 MONTHS:
 
We require 25% deposit of the total cost within 7 days prior to commencement. Half way through the job we would then require a further 25% payment of the remaining balance, then a further payment of 25% of the remaining balance within 2 weeks of job completion. On completion of the job we will then require the remaining balance in full subject to your satisfaction.

We require 25% deposit of the total cost within 7 days prior to commencement. Half way through the job we would then require a further 25% payment of the remaining balance, then a further payment of 25% of the remaining balance within 2 weeks of job completion. On completion of the job we will then require the remaining balance in full subject to your satisfaction.

VAT

As we are a VAT registed company there will be an extra charge to cover VAT in all our quotations. Please find below the current rates:

 17.5% is the base rate of VAT that will be charged on all existing unlisted properties.

 

Upto 20% will be charged dependant on property type i.e new build, listed buildings.
